REPAIR CORROSION UNDER INSULATION
The insulated pipeline operating at cyclic condition from 0℃ to 400℃ (wet/dry & high/low temperature) was repaired by thermal cold spray aluminum (TSA) paint system.
The coating was re-inspected after 7 months by adhesion test (X-Cut method) and found to be a good condition.
